Why ?

Women occupy positions with growing responsabilities. Qualified, smart, skilled, they nevertheless meet more resistance than their male colleagues to progress in their workplace.
Social representations don't help them: their kindness, discretion, ability to take care of others are praised.
In this training, we propose to question these unconscious models, which have been repeated for generations.

Objective

This training aims to enable you to be aware of the representations linked to gender in your working environment, and proposes  directions to better assert yourself and therefore gain visibility.

How?

Acting exercises, experience sharing, discussions - explore how to work your body posture and presence in order to better express yourself and therefore take the place you wish in your working environment.
